For Gene Cook Real Estate, 2016 has become a year of expansion with the addition of 3 licensed agents to its team. Karl Cook, Casey Durham, and Sunny Odegard are all Gallatin Valley natives with close ties to the community.
Karl Cook has an extensive background in project development and management as well as day to day operations and oversight of the family of partnerships. He executes a wide array of projects from residential homes, government buildings, and tenant improvements, as well residential and commercial developments.
Casey Durham specializes in helping clients list, lease or purchase commercial properties while his experience as of late has been in restaurant development. His most recent developments include Copper Whiskey Bar and Grill and Toro, both in downtown Bozeman, as well as Red Chair Café and Bar.
Sunny Odegard started her career in real estate in 2005 as an appraiser and became a designated member of the Appraisal Institute in 2014. She utilizes her experience as a past Chairman of the City of Bozeman Zoning Commission, a past President of the City of Bozeman Planning Board and the current Chairman of Education for the Montana Chapter of the Appraisal Institute to help clients with commercial and residential real estate acquisitions and sales.
